- Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job
postings, screening, interviews and onboarding. - Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
with relevant regulations. - Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain
accurate staff records. - Facilitate employee training and development and development
programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a
supportive and inclusive work environment. - Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Take note of office supplies and order for new ones before
it's exhausted.
Requirements: - Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Business Administration,
Social science or any related field of study and HR certification CIPM. - 1 - 2 years of Experience on the same role with proven success
especially in the Real Estate Industry - Proven experience as HR officer, or administrator
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,
training & development etc.) - Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Strong use of Microsoft packages especially PowerPoint and
Excel
