    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job
    postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
    with relevant regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain
    accurate staff records.
  • Facilitate employee training and development and development
    programs to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a
    supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Take note of office supplies and order for new ones before
    it's exhausted.

    Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Business Administration,
    Social science or any related field of study and HR certification CIPM.
  • 1 - 2 years of Experience on the same role with proven success
    especially in the Real Estate Industry
  • Proven experience as HR officer, or administrator
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,
    training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Strong use of Microsoft packages especially PowerPoint and
    Excel
