JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and equipped with all necessary IT tools.Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyHigh-speed internet connection and access to a reliable computerPrevious experience working remotely is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerCold calling, Customer relations and social media account ManagementSchedule appointments and maintain calendars for ExecutiveAssist with document preparation, including drafting and editing memos, reports, and presentationsCoordinate virtual meetings and conference calls, including setting up video conferences and managing agendasConduct online research and compile information as neededAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and invoicingOrder meals and perform other task as required by the Executive.
