    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Education or a related fieldValid International Teaching Certification (Compulsory)TCRN Registration (Compulsory)Minimum of (5–10) years of teaching experience at the secondary level in an international school or working with diverse student populationsRequirements:Strong knowledge of the [specific subject] curriculumDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentPassion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in studentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to different learning styles and differentiate instruction accordinglyStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)Good understanding of cultural differences and willingness to navigate and embrace diversityFlexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDedication to professional growth and continuous learning.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons plan that align with the school's curriculum guidelinesProvide individualized attention and support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environmentAssess student progress and performance through a variety of methods, such as exams, projects, and presentationsCollaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal developmentDeliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning stylesAssess student progress and provide regular feedback on their academic performanceCollaborate with colleagues to develop and evaluate educational materials and resourcesSupport students in their social and emotional well-beingMaintain accurate and up-to-date student records and attendanceCommunicate regularly and effectively with students' parents or guardians regarding their academic progress and developmentParticipate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school eventsMaintain accurate and up-to-date student records and grades
