JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldProven experience in Business Development within PTSP/Fintech or related roles, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial capacity.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.In-depth knowledge of POS services, payment processing, and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchant Acquiring:Acquire all kinds of merchants in all sectorsNurture and groom merchants to drive productivityReduce churn rate and increase optimization.Key accounts merchants' developmentsPeople Management:Manage people within your territoryCreate potential for growth and development for reporting staff members.Leadership traitMaintain cordial and respectful relationships with business partners, merchants and prospective merchants
