JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Communication, Customer Service, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer applications and phone systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Handle incoming calls from patients and visitors, providing accurate and timely information about hospital services, appointments, and events. Schedule appointments for consultations, tests, and procedures, ensuring effective coordination between patients and healthcare providers. Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns, providing high-quality customer service. Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions, and follow up on patient requests as needed.
