    Job Summary:

    Our client seeks the services of a Business Developer In FINTECH to join her subsidiary. The successful candidate will be required to develop a business plan, analyze data, and provide expert guidance to support the organization's activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Conducting thorough research on organizations and individuals to discover new leads and potential markets.
    • Investigating the needs of other companies and identifying key decision-makers.
    • Actively seeking out target organizations and initiating communication with businesses that could benefit from our Company's services.
    • Establishing and nurturing a network for referrals and lead generation.
    • Initiating contact with potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
    • Planning and overseeing the implementation of new marketing strategies.
    • Developing and executing strategies for introducing new products and services.
    • Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Creating presentations and sales displays for potential clients.
    • Cultivating relationships with existing customers and updating them on new developments with the company's products/services.
    • Driving sales targets set by the team and ensuring their achievement.
    • Contributing to the development of the annual Business Development Plan and preparing individual work plans.
    • Expanding multi-tier relationships to naturally grow client accounts.
    • Implementing business models to establish new ventures.
    • Completing specific tasks as directed by the Head of Sales/Marketing and Business Development.

    Skills, Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Minimum of 5-10 years experience in the area of Sales and Marketing
    • Demonstrated understanding of the company's market: products, players
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events Socially adept.
