JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification preferred.2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to help guide strategic planning and resource allocation.Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimization of financial processes.
