JOB SUMMARY

Job DetailsCreative Designing: Design product labels, flyers, brochures, logos, banners, web pages, calendars, and other marketing and promotional tools for the company Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Meet with the management, Marketing, and R&D Head to get design briefs. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme of the design brief. Select font size and style to enhance the readability of text and images. Produce several drafts or design proposals for review and make revisions based on the feedback received. Coordinates with outside agencies, art services, and printers. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect Evans' specifications.Marketing Communications: Create ad design marketing materials (e.g. flyers, social media creatives, POSM, design, etc) Work with our social media agencies to manage our page on social media and content creation. Track the effectiveness of our social media marketing campaigns and post. Track the adherence and task fulfillment of our brand ambassadors Conduct and track adherence and task fulfillment for all marketing agencies working with us. Constant review and KPI management for our brand ambassadors, marketing agencies Any other duties that may be assigned.
