JOB SUMMARY

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience as a dispatch rider Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with navigating city streets and traffic patterns Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy packages Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a dispatch rider and must be familiar with navigating city streets and traffic patterns.Duties Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain signatures as required Perform routine maintenance on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the dispatcher Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.

Vehicle maintenance and repair, Motorcycle driving, Driving license Class B, C, E - light vehicles & heavy commercial vehicles
