- Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Must have a minimum of 5-8 years' client management experience.
- Must have a BSc/ BA degree in Customer Relations or relevant course.
- Must have relevant professional certifications.
- Should reside in Lagos or environs.
- Must look professional and presentable.
- Must speak eloquently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
