CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Abuja
Employment type: Full-Time
The customer service representative is responsible for receiving, processing, and managing customer orders made through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via whatsapp, email, website, or online platforms. Confirm order details (product type, size, quantity, and delivery location).
- Generate invoices and order confirmations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding ordersand provide order status updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all online orders.
- Prepare daily/weekly order reports.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, and complaints professionally.
- Forward confirmed orders to the warehouse department.
- Coordinate with logistics team for dispatch.
Requirements:
- OND/HND in any subject area.
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email)
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
