    JOB SUMMARY

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industryProven track record of success in achieving sales targetsWe are a team-oriented company, so you must be able to work effectively with others.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and growth of our loan and deposit products.You will develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and achieve challenging sales targets.You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of loan and deposit sales representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for loan and deposit productsBuild relationships with clients and identify new business opportunitiesAchieve challenging sales targetsCoach and mentor a team of loan and deposit sales representativesStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offeringsPrepare and deliver sales presentationsManage and track sales dataPerform other duties as assigned
