Job summary
Record daily financial transactions including sales purchases payments and receipts Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate classification of expenses and revenues Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims Monitor customer accounts issue invoices track payments follow up on outstanding balances Perform bank inventory account reconciliations regularly Reconcile supplier customer statements to ensure accuracy Work closely with warehouse logistics teams track inventory movements Assist product costing stock valuation inventory audits Assist in preparation monthly quarterly annual financial statements Provide supporting documentation reports for audits management reviews Ensure compliance tax regulations VAT withholding taxes Maintain proper filing accounting records documentation internal external audits.
