- Receive incoming shipments of electrical and electronics components, materials, and products.
- Inspect received items for accuracy, completeness, and quality, noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Unload, unpack, and organize incoming stock in designated storage areas according to inventory management procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including quantities on hand, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to ensure adequate supply for production and fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, purchasing, and logistics to coordinate stock movements and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockrooms and storage areas to facilitate efficient stock retrieval and inventory management.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations while handling and storing stock, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
Requirements: - Must have experience working in similar position
- Must be Computer proficient
