    Business Development Manager

    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Reporting Line: Zonal Head, Business Development Manager

    Employment Type: Full Time


    Responsibilities:

    1. Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales targets.
    2. Identify new markets for brand building of lotto games and analyze agents' feedback and market data.
    3. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products, solutions, and services.
    4. Onboard and pursue leads while maintaining close relationships with potential agents.
    5. Conduct market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head.
    6. Advise agents on new products and existing product improvements.
    7. Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales targets and business growth are met.
    8. Maintain cold calls within assigned markets or geographic areas to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    9. Reward and retain existing agents by maintaining contacts and keeping communication open.
    10. Consistently track sales tools to monitor team sales and ensure achievement of set targets.
    11. Perform any other assigned tasks.

    Job Requirements:

    1. First Degree/HND in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 4 years sales experience, preferably in the Lotto or Sports Betting industry.
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    5. Proven negotiation skills.
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
    7. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    9. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
    10. Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
