    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Online Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
    • Collaborate with other team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
    • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • OND/HND and BSc in relevant field
    • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in using online communication tools and customer service software.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
    • Knowledge of the industry and relevant products/services.
