About Company: Our client is one of the leading agribusinesses in Ogun State.

The company is seeking to hire a competent Technical Executive Assistant who will provide high-level executive, technical, and operational support to senior leadership within the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong reporting, coordination, and analytical skills, capable of supporting operational decision-making and managing sensitive business information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

§  Provide executive support including calendar management, meetings, travel coordination, and correspondence

§  Prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefing notes

§  Support operational and technical reporting across production, logistics, and supply chain functions

§  Track KPIs, action points, and cross-functional deliverables to completion

§  Coordinate projects, site visits, audits, and stakeholder engagements

§  Assist with documentation of SOPs, operational processes, and management reports

§  Support budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial analysis where required

§  Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners

§  Maintain strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance activities

Requirements

§  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Accounting, Economics,

§  Engineering, or a related field

§  5–8 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Technical Assistant, or similar senior support role

§  Prior experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, or operations-driven environments preferred

§  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

§  Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations

§  Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

§  High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
