- Manage and oversee the maintenance of all facilities within the hotel premises
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are in optimal condition and comply with safety standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies needed for facility upkeep
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to facilityrelated emergencies or issues
- Previous experience in facility management, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
