    Role Overview:


    Are you a detail-oriented individual with a background in agriculture, economics, or accountancy? We are seeking a talented Auditor to join our team and contribute to our reputable Poultry farms.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within our organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.


    Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in agriculture, economics, or accountancy.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in reputed Poultry farms.
    PAACO poultry certificate would be an added advantage.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.


    Skills:
    Knowledge in poultry, including laying hens and broilers.
    Extensive knowledge of agricultural systems, with a primary focus on poultry, processing facilities, and food manufacturing.
    Strong critical thinking skills.
    Excellent organization and attention to detail.
    Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    Strong aptitude for professionalism and confidentiality.
    Exceptional communication skills.
    Strong sense of urgency towards customer service and task management.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Work closely farms, Processing plants, and feed mills pertaining
    Carry out operational management and administrative functions associated with the operations.
    Develop and implement standard procedures for various processes in the Poultry business.
    Oversee and manage compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    Coordinate internal compliances, review, and monitoring Audit activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
    Review SOPs, make corrections and improvements to existing SOPs, and develop SOPs for processes that require them.
    Prepare audit plans and guide the team in conducting audits according to approved audit guidelines.
    Conduct farm visits to ensure metrics are achieved.
    Interpret and analyze results, including trend analysis.
    Prevent theft by identifying vulnerabilities in various processes.

    Coordinate with Farm or plant officers, prepare for onsite audits, conduct audits, complete audit checklists, and submit all relevant information to applicable internal teams.

    Utilize technology such as iPad or tablet or other software applications for gathering audit information.
    Ensure biosecurity norms are followed per the SOP.
    Prepare reports, MIS, analysis, proactively identify problem areas, and propose possible solutions.
