JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair strategy.Dismantle and reassemble vehicle parts as needed.Repair or replace damaged body panels using metalworking techniques.Apply body filler, sanding, and prepping repaired areas for paint.Mix and apply paint to match the vehicle's original finish.Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and timelines.Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
