RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.Utilize computerized reservation systems to process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.Ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.
