    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
    • Prepare regular sales reports for management and participate in team meetings
    • Ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities
    • Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behaviors and preferences

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments
    • Understanding market trends and the competitive landscape in the relevant industry
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
