    Responsibilities:

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and trainings.


    Curriculum Development and Adaptation:

  • Create and modify lesson plans, curriculum materials, and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, subject knowledge, and educational trends.


    Classroom Management:

  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Set clear expectations, manage learner's behavior, and address disciplinary issues following established protocols.
  • Promote a safe and respectful learning environment for all learners.


    Professional Growth and Self-Development

  • Continuously improve teaching skills through self-reflection, seeking feedback, and participating in professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in reflective practice and contribute to the enhancement of the company's teaching methodologies and resources.
  • Stay abreast of educational research and technological tools relevant to the teaching profession.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable).
  • Proven teaching experience, preferably in multiple subjects or grade levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technology skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
