    Responsibilities

    • Delegation and supervision of housekeeping
    • Preparing daily activity reports
    • Taking minutes of meetings
    • Ensure staff compliance and discipline.
    • Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and memos to staff members.
    • Assisting the HR department with other administrative tasks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management or relevant field.
    • Proven experience working as an admin officer.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially word and excel.
    • Strong leadership abilities
    • The ability to multitask.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
