- Maintaining grounds by mowing lawns, clearing leaves
- Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
- Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Liaising with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on time
- Painting and decorating or conducting general repairs
- Performing cleaning activities such as ducting, mopping etc.
- Performing minor fixes such as broken locks
- Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification of BA/BSc/HND in any discipline
- Experience In General Repairs
Skills: - Excellent problem-solving skills
- Practical skills in areas such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Knowledge of how common electrical and mechanical items work and how to
repair them - The ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
