JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect Lily Hospitals IT infrastructure.Monitor network traffic for signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity and take appropriate action to mitigate security risks.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in our systems.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into new systems and applications from the outset.Investigate security incidents and breaches, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and implement best practices to protect Lily Hospitals' data and systems.Provide training and support to staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
