- Manage guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel system.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel guidance.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of guest details and hotel operations.
- OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience as a hotel receptionist or front desk staff is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management software (training provided if required).
- Excellent grooming, etiquette, and professional presentation.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns politely.
