- We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team.
- As a Cook at our hotel, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our standards and that food safety regulations followed.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including local and international cuisines, according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
