    We are searching for a Growth Assistant to join our Organisation and collaborate closely with the General Staff on diverse projects and tasks, bringing a sense of calm amidst the chaos.

    In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will serve as a pivotal support system, meticulously managing various tasks to bolster our team's efficiency and leadership's influence. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of cultivating trusting relationships with staff members and maintaining a robust professional presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Calendar and Communication Mastery: Expertly manage executive calendars and appointments, leveraging proficiency in Google Calendar and email communications to ensure clear, timely correspondence and efficient handling of inboxes and travel bookings.
    • Support and Inquiry Response: Provide unparalleled support by responding swiftly and professionally to all inquiries. This includes handling virtual personal errands and tasks with the utmost discretion and reliability, ensuring a responsive and supportive environment for our team.
    • Promotional Outreach: Craft and distribute compelling promotional emails, aiming to significantly enhance brand awareness and extend our leadership team's reach and influence through strategic outreach initiatives.
    • Operational Excellence: Take charge of day-to-day operations, adapting to and efficiently executing key responsibilities that encompass special projects, comprehensive research, and the optimisation of processes. Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule to reinforce our professional ethos.
    • Team and Organizational Development: Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to boost team and organisational effectiveness, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    The requirements:

    • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Intern, Operations Associate or a similar role.
    • Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Notion and Google Suite with a willingness to learn new software tools.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality is essential.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
