    Job Objective / Summary

    The Sales & Client Success Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, converting leads into paying clients, and ensuring long-term client success through retention, referrals, and upselling. This is a self-funded role: compensation is directly tied to meeting and exceeding defined sales and client success targets. The role requires a proactive sales leader who can collaborate with marketing, manage a small team, and deliver exceptional client experiences that build IamBrand-Worthy LTD's reputation.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets (₦2m–₦5m baseline), ensuring the role funds itself through direct client acquisition and retention.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with IBW's growth objectives, maintaining a minimum 25% conversion rate of qualified leads. Adjust strategies proactively based on pipeline data and market conditions.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, prospecting, nurturing, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing, ensuring at least 90% of leads are followed up within 24 hours.
    • Partner with the marketing team to optimize campaign ROI and ensure lead funnels generate measurable revenue.
    • Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring 80–90% retention and generating consistent referrals.
    • Ensure 100% compliance in using CRM systems for all leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
    • Deliver accurate weekly sales and pipeline reports to management, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Oversee smooth onboarding, handover to service teams, and maintain at least 90% satisfaction (CSAT) from clients.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IBW services, targeting at least 20% client upgrades per quarter.
    • Supervise, train, and motivate sales representatives and client service staff to collectively achieve 80%+ of departmental sales targets.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: ₦150, ₦180,000.00 per month
