- To ensure operational efficiency, you will provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general office needs alongside pharmaceutical responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess a B-Pharm Degree
- Applicants must reside in Abuja.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the phamaceuticals is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Emphasis on Excel
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to details
- Analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
