    Description
    • To ensure operational efficiency, you will provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general office needs alongside pharmaceutical responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B-Pharm Degree
    • Applicants must reside in Abuja.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role within the phamaceuticals is an added advantage
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Emphasis on Excel
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to details
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
    • Ability to work independently
