JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting, withat least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with theability to work independently and make critical decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with hospital operations and emergency procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Manage and oversee hospital operations during night shifts, ensuring all departments function effectively and efficiently. Address any emergencies or issues that arise during the night, coordinating with medical and non-medical staff to resolve them promptly. Monitor patient care and staff performance, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for all departments during the night, facilitating communication and decision-making.
