    Description

    Job Brief

    • We seek an experienced Project/Product Manager passionate about creating products that resonate with users.
    • In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch products aligned with the company's vision and strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.
    • Create alignment for the product vision internally and externally with key stakeholders.
    • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market impact.
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
    • Prioritize and scope activities based on business and customer priorities.
    • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to ensure efficient delivery and optimal resource allocation.
    • Drive product launches in collaboration with PR teams, executives, and other product management members.
    • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategy and effective messaging.
    • Act as a product evangelist to raise awareness and understanding internally and externally.
    • Represent the company by gathering feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
    • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
    • Ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of all projects.
    • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans with stakeholder involvement.
    • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and mitigate risks effectively.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
    • Report project status and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.
    • Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Previouswork experience as a Product/Project Manager in an IT software company.
    • Track record of successfully managing products through their lifecycle.
    • Ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies effectively.
    • Strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting tasks done.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience as a project administrator in the IT sector is advantageous.
    • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
