    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the 2 - Wheel industry. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the 2 – Wheel industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and lead our sales efforts for 2 – Wheeler products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorbikes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.Duties Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for 2 – Wheeler products. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, dealers, and distributors. Provide sales training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns and promotions to support sales initiatives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
