    Job Role: Expediter

    Location: Furo Ezimora Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, Nigeria

    Salary: 150,000 Naira

    Job Scope:

    The Expeditor at Felton Energy Services Limited plays a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project execution. They will coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to expedite the procurement process and optimize supply chain efficiency.

    Reports To:

    Procurement Lead

    Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate with the procurement team to expedite purchase orders and ensure timely materials delivery.

    2. Monitor and track order status to identify potential delays and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

    3. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to expedite production, shipping, and delivery schedules.

    4. Collaborate with project managers and site personnel to prioritize material requirements and resolve delivery issues.

    5. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including order status, delivery dates, and supplier performance.

    6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the procurement process.

    7. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.

    8. Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to management and project teams.

    9. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers and vendors.

    10. Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and payment processing as needed.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
