    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Purchase fashion accessories and materials as needed
  • Pick up materials from suppliers and vendors
  • Coordinate and deliver client orders
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
  • Run various errands related to the fashion design process
  • Assist with creative projects and brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate closely with the Fashion Designer on design concepts
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and organizing files
  • Support in the coordination of fashion shows, events, and photo shoots
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and handle inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
  • Any other assigned duties


    Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in fashion design and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business.
  • Ability to work independently, both virtually and on-site.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
