    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Yardoak is an indigenous woodwork, automation and system integration company that has built a reputation for exceeding customer expectations by leveraging modern architectural techniques to create unique, distinct and custom made furniture designs for residential and commercial spaces.

    JOB SUMMARY

    QualificationsCompletion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training.Proven experience working as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably in the furniture industry.Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in the company.Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliability and longevity.Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and address electrical issues affecting production schedules.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical equipment to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.Assist in the installation and setup of new electrical equipment and machinery as needed.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical maintenance to continuously improve processes and efficiency.
