Civil Engineer & Architect

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in structural design, project management, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis: Develop designs, conduct load calculations, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Project Management: Oversee construction projects, manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality, progress, and adherence to plans.
• Material & Risk Assessment: Select appropriate materials, perform risk assessments, and ensure structural integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and government agencies to execute projects efficiently.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and national building codes.
• Architectural & Structural Design: Develop architectural plans, integrating structural principles for stability and safety.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise construction progress, ensuring design execution aligns with approved blueprints.
• Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local and international building regulations and sustainability standards.
• Client Coordination: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and engineering codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• P.E. (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
