    Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients and visitors in a polite and kind manner
  • Sanitation Management. Ensure neatness of the reception and surrounding environment
  • Supervise the activities of the security and cleaners
  • Type official documents as advised or instructed
  • Mail Management
  • Work closely with secretaries of top management

    Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND
  • Proven experience as a front desk officer or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as the technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
