RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description Our client is seeking a Station Manager, who will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Also, you will be overseeing the efficient operation of a diesel fuel station.Duties Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Station; Undertakes product quality assurance; Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards; Overseeing maintenance and functionality of the Station; Ensuring excellent customer service; Training and development of Personnel; Inventory and general vendors management; Emergency response planning; and Ensuring safety and security of the Station, Personnel, and stakeholders. Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand the diesel station operations. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures. Identify and target potential customers and trucking businesses in and around Ogun state in need of diesel fuel services.
