- Managing and
overseeing staff activities. - Dealing with
customer queries and complaints. - Ensuring compliance
with health and safety guides. - Maintaining
Inventory of games, equipment and supplies. - Reviewing all end of
day transactions. - Calling and
scheduling staff and maintenance workers. - Develop effective
marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue. - Build a strong
network to ensure traffic flow of customers to the arcade. - Ensure all games are
properly maintained and working perfectly at all times. - Drive all the
subordinates to provide exceptional customer service. - Forecast and track
revenue on weekly or monthly basis. - Monitor customers'
consciousness to safety guidelines in the arcade. - Ensure maximum safe
and secure environment for the customers and staff.
Requirements: - Minimum academic
qualification of a Bachelor's Degree. - Character reference
required - Minimum of 5 years of
proven work experience. - Exceptional Leadership
skills - Ability to work with
less supervision and multitask. - Attention to details and
social personality. - Computer savvy with
proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
