JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications HND, BSc or equivalent. 2+ years of experience working as a Cook in a professional kitchen Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist in the development and planning of menu items Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
