    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Inventory Officer, preferably in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of inventory management software and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Description Monitor and manage inventory levels for all products within the hospitality establishment. Implement efficient ordering and restocking procedures to ensure product availability. Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records. Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline the supply chain process. Analyze consumption patterns and propose adjustments to optimize stock levels. Ensure the proper storage and handling of perishable and non-perishable items. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures. Generate reports on inventory performance, stock turnover, and order fulfillment.
