    Description

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve search engine rankings and maximize ROI.
  • Create compelling and targeted content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and ad copies.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different digital platforms and audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
