Manage the lifecycle of solar and inverter products, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Oversee PayGo operations, sales tracking, and customer collections to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, financing partners, and grant organizations.
Lead customer service activities to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent client experience.
Analyze sales and operational data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems to guide decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams and marketing to enhance product visibility, pricing, and customer engagement.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Management, or any related field.
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, familiarity with PayGo models, solar products, or similar energy systems.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for tracking performance and customer metrics.
Understanding of product lifecycle management, customer service processes, and field operations coordination.
Ability to interpret and analyze repayment, sales, and customer data for operational decisions.
Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Customer Care).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with minimal supervision.
