    Job Title: Executive Assistant

    Recruitmentuja seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our MD/CEO.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions, organizing and coordinating external relations efforts. They will also oversee and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks, including calendar management, correspondence preparation, filing systems maintenance, travel arrangements, and logistics.
    • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external interactions on all matters pertaining to Recruitmentuja and its subsidiaries.
    • Tactfully attend to clients' requests/queries where necessary, especially in the absence of or as directed by the MD/CEO.
    • Organize and prepare for meetings, including document gathering, call setup, and meeting logistics management.
    • Represent Recruitmentuja in meetings as needed and prepare post-meeting reports.
    • Conduct research on property/real estate market and assemble materials needed for proposals, wealth reports/publications, and paper presentations.
    • Serve as a liaison between the MD/CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring prompt flow of information on reporting lines.
    • Process and track expenses, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies.
    • Coordinate the replenishment of office supplies, such as stationeries and refreshments.
    • Manage, maintain, and enhance the overall working environment of the MD/CEO.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and other office management tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
    • Must be tech-savvy and social media relevant with sufficient skills to take over social media platforms.
    • Can handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
    • Experience in real estate industry is a plus.
