JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications, Skills & CompetenciesQualification and Experience:First Degree in a relevant discipline preferably Finance/Accounting/Business AdministrationRelevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) will be an added advantageMinimum of three (3) years' experience in Revenue Assurance or AuditingTechnical Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good Data Analytic SkillsGood Data presentation skillsGood report writing skillsBehavioral Competencies:Good team working skillsWillingness to take additional responsibilitiesTime management capabilitiesDemands of the Job:Ability and willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple assignmentsMust be personable and able to relate very well with other peopleMust be highly discreet and able to maintain confidentiality of informationMust be able to interact with senior/executive level personnel and other levels of personnelMust be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy while making sure the function's requirements are metAbility to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be required to:Detect areas of financial leakages and design appropriate strategies to enforce compliance with operational process affecting revenueLiaise with relevant units and departments in confirming the integrity and assurance of service provisioningPerform quality assurance on revenues billed across business unitsConduct periodic review of processes within entire revenue value chainPerform revenue assurance test on revenue and billing activitiesAccess structures put in place to detect and avoid revenue lossDevelop and effect strategies required to reduce revenue leakageAnalyze data that cuts across billing, provisioning to identify areas of leakages and process gaps and recommend strategies for blocking themPerform other duties as assignedAny other assignment that may be assigned by the Head,Internal Audit & Risk Management.
