    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and devise innovative solutions to business challenges. Proficient in strategic thinking, with a vision to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Sound knowledge of finance and budget management principles, ensuring effective resource allocation. Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Previous exposure to the real estate industry is highly desirable and will be considered a plus. Must be a resident of Ikeja or its environs.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ikeja, offering flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective business strategies, driving sales initiatives, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
