- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties according to their specific needs and goals.
- Negotiate and structure real estate transactions to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship, exceeding expectations through exceptional service.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential investors
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing properties and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network with industry partners mortgage lenders, attorneys, etc..
- Track and analyze key performance indicators KPIs and set goals for lead generation and sales.
- Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and collaborating on client strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in real estate or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including local market trends and property types.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
