JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on healthcare marketing. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description Lead the marketing department, setting goals and strategies to increase the hospital's market presence and patient engagement. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives, including public relations, and advertising. Manage and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Coordinate with senior management and other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
